Long Ruck

If you only do one session this week, do this one. Outdoors when you can, a steep treadmill incline when you cannot.
Path A · On-ramp
- 45 min continuous ruck, conversational pace
- Weight vest or pack at 15 lb (or treadmill incline walk)
- Choose a route you enjoy. This is the keystone session
Path B · Build
- 60 min continuous ruck, conversational pace
- Weight vest or pack at 20 lb
- Choose a route you enjoy. This is the keystone session
