Path A · On-ramp

  1. 20 min on a machine: 5 min easy, 5 min brisker, 5 min easy, 5 min brisker
  2. Stay below the point of breathlessness throughout

Path B · Build

  1. 25 min on a machine: 5 min easy, 10 min comfortably brisk, 10 min easy
  2. Keep RPE under 7 the whole session
