Path A · On-ramp

  1. 45 min brisk walking or easy jog, flat to gently rolling terrain
  2. Nasal breathing the entire session
  3. If your breath breaks the nose seal, slow until it returns

Path B · Build

  1. 55 min easy jog, conversational pace
  2. Nasal breathing if able; talk test otherwise
  3. If you cannot speak in full sentences, slow down
