Block 1 has no interval days. Every cardio session this week is Zone 2.

Path A · On-ramp

  1. 50 min Zone 2 on the machine, or brisk walk / easy jog
  2. Hold the pace that keeps full-sentence conversation
  3. Nasal breathing if able; slow until it returns

Path B · Build

  1. 55 min Zone 2 on the machine, or easy jog
  2. Hold a steady power or pace in the talk-test zone
  3. If you cannot speak in full sentences, slow down
