Block 1 has no interval days. Every cardio session this week is Zone 2.
Path A · On-ramp
- 50 min Zone 2 on the machine, or brisk walk / easy jog
- Hold the pace that keeps full-sentence conversation
- Nasal breathing if able; slow until it returns
Path B · Build
- 55 min Zone 2 on the machine, or easy jog
- Hold a steady power or pace in the talk-test zone
- If you cannot speak in full sentences, slow down
