Path A · On-ramp

  1. 50 min brisk walking, flat to gently rolling terrain
  2. Nasal breathing the entire session
  3. If your breath breaks the nose seal, slow until it returns

Path B · Build

  1. 60 min easy jog or fast walk, conversational pace
  2. Nasal breathing if able; talk test otherwise
  3. If you cannot speak in full sentences, slow down
