  2. Wear 10 lb pack
  3. Choose a route you enjoy. This is the keystone session

Path B · Build

  1. 90 min continuous easy jog, easy run, or walk-jog mix
  2. Wear 15 lb pack
  3. Choose a route you enjoy. This is the keystone session
