Deload tempo. Touch the higher zone briefly; don't dig in.
Path A · On-ramp
- 20 min walk: 5 min easy, 5 min brisker, 5 min easy, 5 min brisker
- Stay below the point of breathlessness throughout
Path B · Build
- 25 min run: 5 min easy, 10 min comfortably brisk, 10 min easy
- Keep RPE under 7 the whole session
